DeWitt, NY — Le Moyne College women’s tennis lost just six games en route to a 7-0 win over Saint Michael’s College on Tuesday afternoon in Northeast Conference-10 action at Elevate Fitness.

The Dolphins haven’t lost a game in the tag team. Freshman Stella Simeonova (Sofia, Bulgaria/National Gymnasium of Mathematics and Natural Sciences) and junior Fiona pepper (Challapampa, Peru/Collegio Anglo Americano Prescott) canceled out Ava Albis and Bree Cotroneo, 6-0, in first position. freshmen Alicia Alvarez (Madrid, Spain/IES Ortega y Gasset) and Paula Casares (A Coruña, Spain/Colegio Maristas Cristo Rey) swept Natalle Meiler and Emma Posada into second place, 6-0. Senior Francesca Lilliegren (Guayaquil, Ecuador/Colegio Alemán Humboldt Guayaquil) and sophomore Professor Brooke (Baldwinsville, NY/CW Baker) recorded a 6-0 victory in third place over Molly Gannon and Emma J. Tagliaferro.

Le Moyne swept the singles competition for the second time this season. Simeonova improved to 2-1 in conference action with a 6-0, 6-2 first-place win over Albis. Alvarez remained undefeated in Game NE10 with a 6-0, 6-1 win over Cotroneo in second place. Casares pushed his record to 5-0 by leaving Meiler in third place, while Lilliegren didn’t lose a game to Posada in fourth place. Pepper moved to 4-1 on the year with a 6-1, 6-0 fifth-place win over Liberty Jackson. Tutor earned his first NE10 victory by defeating Gannon in sixth place, 6-2, 6-0.
