Women’s basketball complete 2022-23 calendar

CINCINATI – The University of Cincinnati’s 2022-23 women’s basketball schedule concluded Wednesday following the announcement of dates and times by the American Athletic Conference.

Cincinnati is set to face five programs – Charlotte, Louisville, South Florida, UCF and UT Arlington – that have advanced to the 2022 NCAA Tournament. All Bearcats conferences and competitions will be broadcast on ESPN+.

The Bearcats will attempt to defend their streak of three straight wins in the annual Crosstown Shootout at Xavier on December 9 at 7pm ET.

After the 13-game off-conference schedule competition, Cincinnati kicks off road conference action at Wichita State on December 30. The competition completes seven games in the month of December, the most since 2016-17.

Cincinnati will kick off the new year at home when the Bearcats host Temple on January 7, before traveling to face SMU on January 10.

The Bearcats return home to face Memphis on January 14 and then travel to an away game against East Carolina on January 18.

Conference first house will come against Houston on January 25th and Wichita State on January 28th. The Bearcats open February with road competitions in Tulsa on February 1st and Tulane on February 4th. Third Arena on February 8th.

Cincinnati will face Temple on February 11 before hosting East Carolina on February 15 and Tulane on February 18.

Cincinnati travels to face Memphis on February 22nd and UCF on February 25th in the final leg of the calendar. The regular season ends at home when the Bearcats host South Florida on March 1.

The 2022-23 AAC Tournament will be played March 6-9 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
