Area Girls Tennis: Staples-Motley passes Aitkin in area match – Brainerd Dispatch

STAPLES – Lauren Rutten won the No. 1 singles over Staples-Motley 6-1, 6-1 as the Cardinals defeated the Aitkin Gobblers 6-1 on Monday, September 19.

Elizabeth Digiovanni won at number 4 singles to Staples-Motley 6-0, 6-0.

Madi Lehrer was Aitkin’s only win at number 3 singles.

ALEXANDRIA – Beth Ahlin claimed her 60th career win, while Ashley Hagen claimed her 40th victory for Little Falls in her triad with Alexandria and Moorhead on Monday, September 19.

The Flyers fell to Alexandria 4-3 and Moorhead 6-1.
