Teammates with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Paul George and Russell Westbrook are now rivals in the hallways. The Clippers and Lakers haven’t exactly been competitive with each other since Westbrook arrived, with the Clippers winning every match-up, but the perception of rivalry still exists.
Despite their different uniforms, Westbrook and George have maintained a close relationship since their time at OKC. A recent video showed the two players scrambling with other NBA players:

The Clippers and Lakers are in two different positions right now, and the two All-Stars scrimping together are big reasons why. Still playing at the elite level, a healthy Paul George expects to become an All-NBA player next season. As for Westbrook, the Lakers would still rather trade him elsewhere. Potentially stuck with him, next year could look like last year.
Aside from all that drama, Westbrook got to enjoy some scrimmage action with Paul George, Victor Oladipo and Harrison Barnes. With the NBA season now just over two months away, players are starting to ramp up the intensity of their off-season training sessions.
